Description of Service

Pixeon is an AI-powered photo transformation application that allows users to apply various artistic styles to their photographs. The service uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate transformed images based on user-selected styles or custom prompts.

User Responsibilities

When using Pixeon, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload photos that you don't have rights to use
• Not use the App to create inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for transformation purposes only.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated images created from your photos. You may use these images for personal and commercial purposes.

Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Pixeon and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

Pixeon offers both free and premium features:

• Free users have access to limited transformations and styles
• Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited generations and exclusive features
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the App
• Specific processing times for transformations
• Exact results from AI transformations
• Availability of specific styles or features

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI transformations will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to use Pixeon to create:

• Content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content promoting violence or hatred
• Fraudulent or deceptive content
• Content that violates any applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
